What chemicals do you use and are they safe?
The solutions we used are based on the job at hand. All of our solutions are environmentally friendly and industry-approved. Our solutions are also safe for plants and vegetation.
Does the homeowner need to be home when you come?
No, the homeowner does not need to be present. We can talk about payment and any special requests beforehand. If we have any questions we will contact you.
Will your power washing damage my surfaces?
In short, no. We primarily use a soft wash technique to clean surfaces rather than power washing. Our knowledge coupled with the right chemical solution and the right techniques allows us to use a lower pressure to clean surfaces. We do not use high pressure close to surfaces unless we are stripping a surface. Flaking paint and rotten surfaces are more susceptible to damage, however, it is rarely an issue.

2. Set A Schedule
We schedule jobs based on size, location and services requested in an attempt to complete your job in one visit. We primarily clean Monday – Friday with some Saturdays. Let us know when you are looking to schedule your cleaning. If you would like to schedule a specific day(s), we will work it into our schedule. While we try our best to keep scheduled days, Mother Nature sometimes disagrees and forces us to move dates.

3. Sit Back & Relax
Your work is done and it is now our turn! We will be in contact to confirm your scheduled date and time. Generally, we do not need anyone home at the time of our cleaning. If you have any specific request or need to pass along any special instructions, please let us know. We look forward to working with you!
